Job Description

Cirruscloud Systems Seeking a dynamic and growth-driven Business Development Associate to support and expand our client base across key verticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving customer engagement through consultative sales efforts. You’ll work closely with internal teams to align client needs with our service offerings and contribute directly to the revenue pipeline..

Skills and Responsible:

  • Identifying Prospects: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and target industries for software solutions. Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Building Relationships: Initiate contact with prospective clients, establish rapport, and build long-term relationships. Understand their business needs and challenges to effectively position the company's software products or services as solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the software's features, benefits, and value proposition. Customize presentations to address specific client requirements and demonstrate how the software can solve their business problems.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals and quotations in response to client inquiries. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals are accurate, feasible, and aligned with client expectations. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure new business deals
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for expansion. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market analysis.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Address client concerns or issues promptly and act as a liaison between clients and the internal teams.
  • Meeting Targets: Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators, track progress, and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Strong understanding of software products, technology trends, and their application in various industries.

Qualification:

MBA /BBA(Marketing & Sales Specialization) & BE, B-tech, MCA/M-tech

Experience – 1-2 years (In IT Industry)

Salary – As per Industry standard

Location: Bhubaneswar
