To support this growth, TreatWell partnered with Cirruscloud Systems to build a scalable digital platform that streamlines request handling, staff coordination, and patient engagement—delivering a consistent, high-quality care experience across all departments.
This web and mobile-based solution works across Android, iOS, and Web platforms, offering advanced search, easy patient requests via HTML link or QR code, real-time status tracking for timely task completion, and push notifications that replace SMS alerts to reduce miscommunication and delays.
