Job Description

Cirruscloud Systems is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Python & AI Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in building intelligent, data-driven applications. You will work closely with our product, data, and engineering teams to develop ML models, automate workflows, and integrate AI capabilities into real-world solutions. Experience with Python-based ML frameworks, data preprocessing, and API development is a strong advantage. We’re looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and capable of writing clean, efficient code—someone who enjoys solving complex problems, experimenting with new AI techniques, and delivering meaningful business impact.

Requirements of Job

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using Python, including backend scripts, automation tools, and data-processing workflows
Build and integrate Machine Learning (ML) models using libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Work with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and dataset cleaning to support model development
Create RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask to serve AI/ML models in production environments
Collaborate with product managers and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and testable Python code following best practices
Participate in debugging, performance tuning, deployment, and version control workflows.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in Python, including understanding of OOP and commonly used libraries.
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Experience with ML workflows: data preprocessing, training, validation, evaluation, and deployment
Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework for API development.
Understanding of REST APIs, JSON data handling, and model integration with backend systems
Basic understanding of databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Exposure to NLP, LLM APIs, or Generative AI models (OpenAI, Hugging Face) is a plus.
(Preferred) Knowledge of Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines for deploying ML models at scale.

MCA / B-Tech
